▪️ Internal partition walls completed on 6 residential floors.
The project features:

◾ 2-level underground parking;
◾ Children's playgrounds and recreation areas;
◾ 3.1 m ceiling height in the apartments;
◾ Commercial and office spaces;
◾ 400 m from Samgori Metro Station.
Construction will be completed by the end of 2027.
